From 2pm Monday to Friday and 11am on weekends, subject to Saunameister availability and capacity. Guests can join one infusion during their booked session.
Aufguss/Infusion is a multisensory sauna ritual from Germany that combines water and ice infused with essential oils, towel movements, and music to create a unique ambience while elevating your regular sauna session.
Done well, it is one of the most transformative and cathartic experiences you can have in the sauna. It demands nothing of you except to stay on the bench for as long as feels right. Our Saunameisters have been trained by international experts. We've travelled across Europe to bring the best practises to Australia while exploring our identity in Aufguss globally.

We're not here to take you away from reality for a moment. We're here to support a healthier, simpler, connected way of living, and make this kind of sauna part of Australian life.

For too long, sauna in Australia has been a hot box in the back of the gym or aquatic centre. An afterthought. No real heat, no water allowed on the rocks, no ventilation. No etiquette, no ritual, no community. It's like going to a concert with no sound and no lighting: the idea is there, but there's nothing to actually experience. Nothing to connect with. So we changed it, and we focus on one thing only: a seriously great sauna experience.
No matter where you're from, your social standing, your gender, your age, or anything else, in the sauna, everyone is equal.

The Savu is our wood-fired Finnish smoke sauna. Expect soft, enveloping heat and löyly, the steam released when water meets hot stones.

Aroma, music and the sweep of a towel bring waves of warmth around the sauna. Our Saunameisters lead Aufguss every day, with visiting international Saunameisters regularly sharing their own style.
